WINGS 2023-2027 Strategic Plan

The new WINGS 2023-2027 Strategic Plan has been developed through a participatory process, involving our global network of members, a broad array of stakeholders and partners, our team and our board.  

The context for our new 2023-2027 Strategic Plan is the enormous interconnected set of global issues, the 'polycrisis', that we face as humanity. Given this context, as WINGS, we feel the need to urgently accelerate and deepen change, grounded on one imperative: to transform ourselves to become transformative. As an organisation, as a network, and as a field.
